RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To start a return, you must first contact us at info@swissvintagewatchparts.com and receive return instructions from us. Items sent back without contacting us in advance and without an authorised return request will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped, unused and unaltered. Watch parts must not have been installed, fitted, tested in a way that could cause marks or damage, cut, shortened, bent, polished, modified, disassembled or otherwise altered. Items showing signs of attempted installation, modification or handling beyond reasonable inspection may be refused for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing.

For international returns, the buyer is responsible for completing all customs and tax documentation correctly and for clearly declaring the shipment as returned merchandise / returned goods, where applicable. The return must not be declared as a new commercial sale.

If incorrect, incomplete or improperly completed customs documentation results in import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, handling charges or any other costs being charged to us when receiving the return, those amounts may be deducted from the refund.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides proof of shipment and appropriate tracking. The buyer remains responsible for the return shipment until it is delivered to us.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of the return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
